Probably during the times of Sir Isaac Newton and Albert Einstein, nobody was actually thinking about the end of the world. All people were concerned about was the fact that the world was going through the period of invention and advancement of technology and that was all that mattered. But with the passage of time, one has started realizing the fact the there are rumors about something called a Doomsday and on that day, this whole world will be coming to an end. As time passed, people got more and more attracted to these rumors and thus the solidarity of these rumors increased. I do not think that there exists a single man who had not given a thought to what would happen if the things got destroyed some day. Here is a list of the top 10 doomsday prophecies that were made but nothing actually happened.

Although there was some logic behind her statements but the moment she and her husband were caught with federal firearms, she was taken in and prophecy came to an end.

He referred to it as the return of Christ also that would lead to a huge battle destroying everything. Nothing happened and nothing were destroyed.

This is not actually a prophecy; rather it is a way by which one can save himself from destruction. According to this, a cult group called the Heaven’s Gate performed mass suicide because their leader told them that the world was coming to an end and everything would be recycled. So the best way to get you back to the recycled earth is to leave this earth before the doomsday. Doomsday is yet to arrive and recycling is literally done on this planet earth itself.

This is a group of people who believe that the return of Christ will be happening and he will cleanse everything from the bad thing. According to the proposed dates, 1874, 1914, 1918, 1920, 1925, 1941 and 1975, nothing happened. There have not been any more proposed dates yet. But the chances are less as the people have stopped paying attention.
